Trendyol Cancelled My Order Without Permission
On November 2, 2025, I placed an order for a Philips coffee machine through Trendyol (Order No: 10649558799). However, on November 3, 2025, my order was canceled without my consent on the grounds of a pricing error. When I contacted customer service, they stated that the cancellation was due to incorrect pricing and that no further action could be taken. The refund process is currently ongoing. However, I request to receive the product at the agreed price at which I placed the order or to be compensated for the price difference between the original and current prices. I would like this issue, which stems from the Trendyol seller’s mistake, to be resolved. Additionally, according to Article 54/2 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, if there is a difference between the listed price and the checkout price of a product, the price in favor of the consumer must apply. I request that the necessary action be taken in accordance with this regulation. I would also like to note that I have submitted a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee under this article. I expect an urgent resolution and a response to my case.
