On May 10, 2024, I ordered the Philips LatteGo Fully Automatic Espresso Machine (20 Hot and Cold Beverages, Silent Brew model) from Trendyol for 16,500 ₺ as a Mother's Day gift. The seller was Mirket-e Ticaret, and the stock showed 100 units available. The expected delivery date was May 13, but as of May 27, 2024, the product still hasn't been shipped and is listed as "preparing for shipment."
Whenever I contact Trendyol customer service, I'm told to wait, and no action is taken. I'm concerned that the seller might have posted a misleading advertisement and may not send the product at all. Trendyol's responsibility is to ensure stock accuracy and fulfillment, yet they have done nothing to resolve this.
The product's current price is now 25,000 ₺, and purchasing it from another retailer would result in a significant financial loss for me. No invoice has been sent, and I plan to report this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board and the tax office. I will also file a complaint about the misleading advertisement.
Trendyol must either compensate my loss or ensure the product is shipped. I bought the product from Trendyol, not directly from the seller, and Trendyol must uphold their service standards. If necessary, Trendyol should source the product from another retailer to fulfill my order. This behavior is unprofessional and deceptive to customers.
