Trendyol Pro Plan Salmon Cat Food Suspected Fake Product - Refund Issue

On October 16, I ordered a 10 kg bag of Pro Plan Salmon Cat Food from the seller ypet on Trendyol. After receiving the product, I gave it to my cat, but my cat refused to eat it. Moreover, the color and smell of the food were different from the original product I had used before. I became suspicious and thought that a fake product had been sent. I contacted Trendyol customer service regarding the issue, and they repeatedly told me that the product would be examined and I would be contacted. The food was supposed to be sent for analysis, but the process has taken too long, and now I cannot buy new food for my cat. In addition, my payment has still not been refunded. I also noticed that the seller ypet is now closed on Trendyol. I request that my grievance be resolved and the amount I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible. My order number is 10592020532.
