Trendyol Did Not Deliver My Second Product and Refuses to Provide Customer Support
I ordered two of the same products from a store on Trendyol, but while one of the products reached me, the other never did. Despite submitting 3-4 support requests, Trendyol kept saying the product had been delivered due to partial shipment. As of today, it has been 1 month and 21 days since the product hasn’t been delivered to me. The last time I submitted a support request was on September 12, mentioning that I still hadn't received the item. However, this time they told me that since 30 days had passed, they couldn’t assist me anymore and that I should contact the store. The store, on the other hand, is telling me to talk to Trendyol assistant. I don’t know what to do—am I supposed to talk to a robot? I’ve spoken to so many people and none of them understood; will a robot solve my issue? They keep directing me to artificial intelligence. I trusted Trendyol when I purchased the product, not the store, but I’ve now realized Trendyol doesn’t stand behind its platform. Don’t jump into doing business with them just because they seem like a big, corporate company. When things don’t go their way, they lose all sense of professionalism, trust me on that.
