My Order Still Has Not Been Delivered - I Get Auto Replies From Trendyol

The order I placed on Trendyol on May 7 still hasn’t been delivered. When I ask the seller, they keep sending automated replies, and the order still shows as “being prepared.” I was contacted by Trendyol and offered a ₺75 coupon along with an order cancellation and refund, but I refused. This is really not acceptable, especially since I bought the product using a discount coupon and saved ₺300. I’ve waited patiently for days, thinking the issue would be resolved, but nothing has changed. Now, receiving such dismissive responses feels like they’re mocking me, and it’s extremely frustrating.
