Trendyol Has Delayed My International Order Delivery To Saudi Arabia

I placed an order on Trendyol approximately 10 days ago that included a watch and perfumes, but I still have not received these items. One of the related order numbers is SD029373570, and I am waiting for delivery in Al Kha***, Saudi Arabia.

About three days ago, I received a phone call from the delivery person, who informed me that another courier would deliver the package the following day. However, since that conversation, nobody has arrived with the shipment, and I have not received any further updates or communication regarding the delivery status.

At this point, the delay has become unusually long and very unclear. I still do not know where my package currently is or when I can realistically expect to receive it.

I kindly request that Trendyol urgently investigate this issue, clarify the exact status of my shipment, and ensure that my order is delivered to me as soon as possible without any further unnecessary delay.
