Complaint On Trendyol For Non Refunding Amounts
On 23 November 2025, I tried to purchase a watch from Trendyol Market three separate times, but each transaction failed on your system. Despite the failures, the total amount of SAR 2,918.38 was deducted from my account at Alahli Bank in Saudi Arabia. Since then, I have contacted Trendyol customer service more than ten times. I was informed by email that you attempted to refund the amount, but that there is supposedly a dispute with my bank preventing the refund. I then contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the transaction process on their side was correct. The bank asked me to request from Trendyol clear proof that these payments were not collected in Trendyol’s bank or that the purchase processes failed, so that they can proceed with refunding my money. Despite all my attempts and the explanations from my bank, this issue remains unresolved, and my money is still not returned. I request that Trendyol urgently refund the full amount of SAR 2,918.38 that was deducted for these three failed transactions and provide the necessary confirmation, if needed, so the matter can be completely closed.
