I Was Charged for Trendyol Plus Membership I Did Not Use
On June 11, ₺75 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge for a Trendyol Plus membership. In response, I canceled my Trendyol Plus subscription. Although the cancellation was immediate, the fee was not refunded. Even though the one-month membership fee was charged to my account, the 30-day benefit was also revoked. When I spoke with customer service, they told me they unfortunately couldn’t help and that I could pursue my legal rights. I am requesting that this issue be resolved properly. Otherwise, since I will be unable to use the membership despite being charged for it, I will take legal action. No one has the right to treat Turkish consumers unfairly like this.
