Trendyol Express Delayed My Package Despite Arriving at the Branch on Monday Morning
The delay with Trendyol Express baffles me. My parcel arrived to the delivery branch on Monday at 6 a.m., however, the projected delivery date was set for Wednesday. To expedite the procedure, I had the item shipped to a delivery locker rather than my home address, however, it appears that was a mistake. It is unacceptable that they detain the parcel at the branch for three days before delivering it when it is convenient for them. If a delivery service specifies predicted dates, they must assure a timely process. This encounter was needlessly inconvenient, and I hope Trendyol Express reconsiders its service rules to avoid similar incidents in the future.
