Trendyol Keeps My Package at Transfer Center Since April 30

The Trendyol app is completely ridiculous. My order, which was shipped on 28.04.2025, has been sitting at the Antalya transfer center since 30.04.2025, waiting to be sent to my district. Yes, you read that right—it’s been stuck in transit. It looks like I’ll be giving a Mother’s Day gift on Father’s Day at this rate. I expect Trendyol to deliver my package today—urgently. What is this delivery truck doing, parked on the highway for three days? When I called Trendyol customer service, they told me they can’t take any action unless there’s no movement for three full days. Well, guess what—it’s already 03.05.2025, and there’s been no movement since 30.04.2025. This is completely absurd.
