Trendyol Sent My Package to the Wrong City - Customer Service Did Nothing

You should reconsider when shopping from Trendyol. I have had problems many times but I did not expect this much. The product I have been waiting for days from Trendyol express cargo finally reached the distribution center of the city I am in, while I was waiting for my cargo to be delivered tomorrow, I looked at the application in the morning and it had gone to a different city. I reported the situation, I talked to people who said we can't do it like robots with no competence, despite calling me many times for my cargo that has been on the way for 8 hours from a 2-hour city, but no one called or asked. As I said, I have had problems with almost all of the shopping I have done from this site before, but this is the first time I have noticed that they have such an indifferent and customer-neglecting attitude. I will never shop from this site again.
