Trendyol Cargo Delivery Has Not Been Made

On October 6, 2025, I placed an order on Trendyol (order no: 9805112457) to be delivered to my address. However, the delivery was not completed because the courier did not ring the bell and, despite knowing the door code, did not leave the package at my door. My phone was charging at the time, so I noticed the missed delivery about 15 minutes later. The next day, while waiting for a second delivery attempt, I saw in the system that my order had been marked as returned. When I contacted Trendyol customer service, I was told that due to high demand, a second delivery would take place, but the product was still returned, and I only received a refund for the item itself. I had used my last free shipping right with Trendyol Pass for this order, and now I must pay a ₺45 shipping fee to reorder the same product. As a result, I lost my shipping right, did not receive an important item, and was left inconvenienced. I expect Trendyol to restore my lost shipping right and resolve this issue. As a long-time Trendyol customer, this is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and I am waiting for a fair solution.
