My Package Was Not Delivered Despite Me Being at Home

Although I was at home, my order from Trendyol (order number 10386298718) was not delivered by PTT Kargo, and the system falsely marked it as “Recipient not at home.” No one rang my doorbell or called me. This situation causes both a loss of time and unnecessary frustration. I urgently needed the product, and now the delay has caused significant inconvenience. Facing the same issue with every order is damaging my trust as a customer. It’s disappointing that a large platform like Trendyol continues to work with a delivery company that handles the process so carelessly. I request that this issue be resolved, that my package be redelivered without any problems as soon as possible, and that the necessary steps be taken to prevent such issues in the future.
