On October 18, 2025, I ordered a Regal 424 model dishwasher through Trendyol (Order No: 10606482425). I paid ₺12,023.83 in six installments by credit card. However, the product has still not been delivered to me. The shipping company returned the product, claiming it was “too loud to be carried upstairs.” Yet, when I placed the order, I trusted Trendyol’s advertisements on their website stating that “if the product is loud or large, it will be delivered to your floor.” I contacted Trendyol customer service multiple times during this process, and each time I was told the issue would be resolved, but no progress was made. Finally, without my knowledge or approval, Trendyol initiated a refund process for the product. I request that my grievance be resolved and that my product be delivered to my home, up to my floor, as per Trendyol’s own commitment.
