Trendyol Canceled Discounted Samsung Galaxy TAB A8 Order!
I saw the 'Samsung Galaxy TAB A8 Wi-Fi 3 GB RAM 32 GB Memory Gray Tablet (Samsung Turkey Guaranteed)' product on sale, where Trendyol itself was the seller, through the Trendyol app for a total of ₺355.96, including ₺300 + ₺34.99 (shipping) + ₺20.97 (installment fee) (screenshots attached). While awaiting the shipment of the product, a few hours later, I received information that it was canceled without any justification, and a refund was made. In my conversation with the online customer representative, it was stated that it was canceled without any reason, and if I wished, I could reorder the same product; however, I noticed that the new price was ₺4059, as the discount was no longer applied. I have been victimized due to the unjust and unethical attitude of the seller who requested the product to be sent to me. I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken and your assistance provided.
