Minilee Nursery Bag I Ordered on Trendyol Still Not Delivered and No Refund Issued
On September 09, 2024, I bought a nursery bag with a name from a shop called Minilee through the Trendyol sales site. The bag was given to Sürat Cargo on September 12, but today, although it is September 23, the product I bought is not available. I contacted Sürat Kargo by phone and reported my complaint, I reported my complaint to the Trendyol assistant, and even though I informed the shop I purchased it from, my problem is still not resolved, neither my product has arrived nor my money has been deposited into my account. I want this situation to be corrected and my grievances to be resolved.
