I ordered a blue polo-collar dress from the seller 'Action Fashion' via Trendyol on June 19, 2025. The product was delivered to me in defective condition. On the same day I received it, I generated a return code and shipped it back the next day. Despite clearly stating the issue and providing all necessary information, I received no helpful support throughout the process. However, Trendyol unjustly rejected my return request, claiming that the product had been sent with a video recording, yet they have not provided this video despite my repeated requests. The product was never used by me. I request that my grievance be resolved and the cost of the product refunded to me.
