I Ordered a Pear Swing From Trendyol but It Never Arrived

I can’t find anyone to speak to regarding my order on Trendyol, and they say they don’t accept complaints. I placed an order for a pear-shaped swing from the seller “Trendyol Tu Tienda” on May 29, 2025. It was shipped after about three weeks, and now it's been eight days, but it still shows as “in transit.” Since it’s listed as “alternative cargo,” I can’t track where the package is or get in touch with anyone for help. I’m honestly fed up—if you’re not going to deliver it, just don’t. I’m supposed to travel out of town, but I’m stuck waiting at home in case the delivery shows up. I guess they’ll bring it whenever they feel like it.
