My Order Has Not Been Delivered for Days
I placed an order through Trendyol on July 11, 2025, and while the seller shipped it the same day, it was sent via a company called 'Birgündekargo'. The delivery has been delayed for several days with no update, and Trendyol offers no solution. I contacted customer service multiple times, but all I received were generic responses. It’s very frustrating not knowing where your package is or when it will arrive. If Trendyol isn’t going to take responsibility themselves, the least they could do is work with a more reliable shipping company. My order still hasn’t arrived, and we have no idea how much longer we’ll be waiting.
