I Bought a Bag From Nigt Bags on Trendyol but It Was Not Delivered in a Week

Trendyol delivery process— I bought a bag from a company called Nigt Bags, which had a 2-day shipping promise on Trendyol. Although I placed the order a week ago and Trendyol has already received the shipment from the seller, it still has not been delivered to me. This delay is unacceptable given the clearly stated shipping time. I needed the bag for an event, and now that date has already passed. When I contacted the assistant services about the issue, I was told that since my first request is still open, I have to keep waiting as it is currently in the solution process. There has been no clear update or explanation, which only adds to the frustration.
