Trendyol Rejected My Return for an Unused Product Despite Clear Evidence

I placed an order on Trendyol but returned the product because I didn’t like its appearance (I thought it wasn’t original since the button color looked different). The cable tie and the clips holding the grater heads together were still intact because I didn’t even plug it in (I have videos and photos as proof). However, the seller rejected the return, claiming it had been used (how can a grater machine be used without attaching the grater heads?). When I contacted Trendyol Assistant and sent the photos, they asked me to generate a new return code and return it. Today, my return was rejected again. This time, the reasons given were a hole in the box (which might have been caused during shipping or was there before it was sent to me) and that I initially selected the “I didn’t like it” option instead of the “Wrong product” option when returning it. I believe this happened because the seller didn’t want to take back the product after selling it at a high price. The same product is available under the Tefal brand at half the price. I’m unable to return a product I never used and am being victimized by the seller. No one at Trendyol seems to be able to resolve this issue. They even say they received a video from the seller as proof, but when I offered to send my video evidence, they told me they can’t accept videos from customers. I can’t understand how they’re verifying anything. The seller is probably sending a video of a machine they used at home to reject my return because, in my video, the grater clips are still intact.
