Trendyol Sunglasses Returned Multiple Times But Refund Denied
I bought a pair of sunglasses from Trendyol and suspected they were fake, so I initiated a return. The return was rejected, and I was told the item would be sent back to me. During the transfer process, they claimed I was unreachable and sent it back to the company. This happened again, with the same issue repeating.
Throughout this ordeal, I contacted Trendyol Assistant four times and was assured, "You are under Trendyol's assurance, there's no problem," yet the same process repeated. Today, I called Trendyol's headquarters, and they said they couldn’t process a refund because my return was rejected three times. They offered no assistance and didn’t even bother to check with the courier.
I’m paying for a product I don’t have and never received. This is the so-called assurance Trendyol provides. I will initiate all legal proceedings.
