I placed an order through Trendyol from a seller named Vesantia. When the product arrived, I tried it on and realized it didn’t fit. Without using it at all, I carefully packaged the item and initiated a return. I even took detailed photos beforehand to document its unused condition. However, the seller rejected my return, claiming—without explanation—that the item was “not suitable for resale,” and sent it back to me.
I contacted Trendyol Customer Service, clearly explaining that the item had never been used and that I followed the return process properly. Unfortunately, they offered no help or resolution. While researching the issue, I checked the seller's reviews and saw that many other customers had faced the same issue. It seems Vesantia has a consistent pattern of rejecting returns without just cause.
I’ve made hundreds of purchases on Trendyol and have returned products before without any issue. This is the first time I’ve been treated like this, and it’s deeply frustrating. What’s worse is being made to feel like a liar over an item that simply didn’t fit. I’m not even upset about the money—I’m upset about the disrespect and damage to my self-respect. How am I expected to use a product that doesn’t fit?
Trendyol, a platform I once trusted and recommended to friends, has severely let me down by allowing such sellers to operate unchecked. I request that Trendyol immediately investigate this situation and process the refund I rightfully deserve.
