Trendyol Express Delayed My Mango Bag Return and My Refund Is Still Not Processed
I returned the Mango bag I purchased from Trendyol to Trendyol Express on September 11th. When I initiated the return, it stated that the product would reach the seller within 3 business days, and after that, the refund would be approved within 2 business days. However, since September 14th, my return has been sitting at the Esenyurt transfer center. Even though 6 business days have passed, my product still hasn't reached the seller. When I submit a request, the customer representative says it will be resolved within 6 days. How much longer will I have to wait to get my refund? I keep having issues like this with Trendyol Express. Either my product ends up in different cities instead of coming to mine, or it gets lost in transit. Trendyol doesn't take any action unless I submit a request. How many more times do I need to contact you about my refund?
