Aras Kargo Delivered My Trendyol Order to Wrong Address


My package, with the delivery number 4320520921742, was unexpectedly given to an unfamiliar person at a different location than my own. It was supposed to be delivered by Aras Kargo through Trendyol. Throughout this process, the courier failed to request a code. Unfortunately, my order was delivered to an unfamiliar recipient at an address that was not specified in my order. By chance, I stumbled upon this information and decided to give Aras Kargo Orhanlı branch a call to clarify the situation. I was given reassurance that the courier would promptly retrieve my package and ensure its correct delivery. After inquiring about the issue, I was informed that the Boyacılar branch was responsible for my area and was advised to go there. Nevertheless, upon reaching out to the Boyacılar branch, they informed me that they do not deal with this particular area and advised me to contact the Orhanlı branch instead. While speaking on the phone to voice my concerns, I found the employee at the Boyacılar branch to be quite impolite. After reaching out to the Orhanlı branch once more, they let me know that I would be redirected back to the Boyacılar branch. This has been an absolutely terrible online shopping and delivery experience. I am extremely disappointed with your company's lack of accountability and the way you handle customer issues. It is truly disheartening to see how you shift the blame onto the customer instead of taking responsibility for your services.
