Mixed-Up Screens and Poor Service from Trendyol and Aras Cargo
I ordered two screens, and as usual, they were shipped via Aras. The delivery team asked for my code and marked the items as delivered. However, only one screen arrived. They mistakenly sent my second screen to someone in Tekirdağ, and I received theirs because the models were the same. They took my delivery code again and sent the wrong screen back to the other person. The screen meant for me still hasn't arrived.
Yesterday, the tracking showed that my product was delivered, but I haven't received anything. I didn’t get any codes or notifications. I'm now stuck dealing with Trendyol, the seller, and the shipping company. My order number is 8409845046. Trendyol, please help resolve this issue.
