TradingView Downgraded My Premium Plan Despite Payment—Refund Request

I purchased the TradingView Premium plan on July 18 and made the payment in full. However, my account was downgraded to ...a basic membership shortly after, leaving me unable to access the features I paid for. I submitted a complaint to their support team, but no one has addressed my issue. It has been
