TradingView Downgraded My Premium Plan Despite Payment—Refund Request

I purchased the TradingView Premium plan on July 18 and made the payment in full. However, my account was downgraded to a basic membership shortly after, leaving me unable to access the features I paid for. I submitted a complaint to their support team, but no one has addressed my issue. It has been several days, and I am unable to manage my trades, causing significant inconvenience.
The lack of customer support is unacceptable. I no longer wish to continue my subscription with TradingView and demand a full refund immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the issue to the appropriate authorities. TradingView, please handle this issue professionally and refund my money without further delay.
