Unauthorized Auto-Payment Charged by TradingView, Refund Process Is Frustrating

TradingView charged my card via an automatic payment without my consent. I searched every section of the platform to request a refund, but the process was deliberately confusing. The options seemed designed to appear helpful but ultimately led to dead ends, wasting my time.
After checking online, I found many others have faced the same issue. It’s disappointing that a platform managing so much financial data—stocks, shares, and crypto—goes to such lengths to avoid refunding a small amount. I’m now working with my bank to resolve this, but TradingView’s lack of transparency and refusal to address customer concerns is unacceptable. I demand a straightforward refund process and better customer support for cases like this.
