I purchased the Pro package on TradingView under the username aslisahh2021, paying $20.62 USD with my credit card. The subscription is currently active. However, from the very first day, I have been experiencing a 15-minute data delay.
One of the main reasons I upgraded from the free version to Pro was to access real-time market data for trading. In the free version, delayed data is already expected, but paying for Pro should provide instant updates. Unfortunately, this expectation has not been met, and I feel misled by the service.
The issue is consistent across all platforms: the web version, the mobile app, and the desktop application. I have also tried reaching out to TradingView via live chat and customer service, but I have not received any response or support.
I am requesting either a refund of the $20.62 USD I paid or immediate access to the real-time data service that should be included in my Pro subscription. Customers deserve to receive the features they are paying for, and TradingView must address this problem without delay.
