I am writing regarding an unwanted subscription in the Trade Buddy app that I am unable to cancel. I subscribed to Trade Buddy on 15 April 2026 through an in‑app offer, but there is no visible option or button in the app that allows me to cancel the subscription. The subscription fee of R159.99 was charged to my bank card, and I would now like to stop any future renewals. However, when I go into the app settings and subscription area, I cannot find any cancel option and therefore have no way to terminate the service from my side. I kindly request that my Trade Buddy subscription be canceled as soon as possible so that no further payments are taken from my bank card. I would appreciate written confirmation once the cancellation has been completed.
