Canceled Hornet Membership but Still Billed Automatically

Even though I had previously canceled my monthly subscription to the Hornet app, an automatic payment of $6 was charged to my card on February 15, 2026, at around 11:00 PM. I do not accept being charged again for a subscription that was already canceled.

I first contacted my bank regarding this issue. The bank informed me that the transaction was processed by Hornet and that I would need to contact Hornet directly for a refund. However, I cannot find any live support or accessible customer service channel on Hornet’s side, and I have not received any response.

I am requesting that the $6 charged for the canceled subscription be refunded to my card and that I receive written confirmation that my subscription has been completely terminated in the system.
