I Can’t Cancel My Getcontact Premium Subscription and It Keeps Charging Me

I’ve been trying to cancel my Getcontact Premium subscription for months, but there’s no clear way to do it. When I purchased Premium, it was advertised that I could cancel anytime—but that’s clearly not the case. Despite my efforts, the app continues to charge me every month and I can’t stop it.

There’s no option in the app’s settings to manage or cancel the subscription. The “Membership Package” section that’s supposed to be there is completely missing. It doesn’t show up under my active subscriptions either, which makes it even more frustrating.

I’m tired of being charged for a service I no longer want. Getcontact must immediately provide a way to cancel Premium and stop the recurring payments. I also request a refund for the months I’ve been charged unnecessarily.
