Google Play Stardust TV Subscription Cancelation And Refund

I am writing regarding an unwanted charge of $19.99 that was debited from my checking account on April 16, 2026 for the Stardust TV subscription, which I had already canceled. I had originally subscribed to Stardust TV through the Google Play Store, and after deciding I no longer wanted the service, I canceled the app. Despite this cancellation, I noticed on my bank’s mobile app that a $19.99 payment was still taken. Since I had already canceled the subscription, I do not want any further charges to be made from my account. I kindly request that my Stardust TV subscription be fully and permanently canceled so that no future payments are taken from my checking account. I would appreciate confirmation that my account has been removed from any recurring billing.
