TikTok Shop Seller Moodxa Never Delivered My Order Despite Two Track718 Shipments
I placed an order with Moodxa via TikTok Shop on February 2, 2026, for a multicolor 8-piece track suit set, with order number ORDERmoodxa260203073942354, to be delivered to Clarksville, Tennessee, USA. Despite paying in full, I have still not received my order. According to the information provided to me, the order was supposedly shipped/delivered twice, first on 02/03/2026 and again on 03/11/2026. However, neither I nor any of my neighbors have received the package on either occasion. I have screenshots as evidence of these claimed shipments. When I contacted Moodxa/TikTok Shop customer service about not receiving my order, they only sent tracking information. The first tracking had detailed dates, but the second “reshipment” was only shown as a simple screenshot without the same level of detail, which further reduced my confidence in the process. Since my order has not been delivered to me at all despite two alleged shipments, I request a full refund for this purchase as soon as possible. I am sharing this complaint so that my payment is returned and this issue is resolved promptly.
