Track718 Order Status Misleading After Domencr Shipment Fails
On February 11, I saw Domencr’s “8 pieces for $24” offer in an advertisement on TikTok and placed an order through that ad. I received a tracking number, YZKWL18854967QQ, but my order never arrived. When I contacted Domencr, they offered a 60% refund and also said they would resend the order, but I have not received the promised refund. In their last message, they guaranteed I would receive the order and shared my address details, information about the items, and another tracking number. Despite this, I still have not received anything. I am disappointed that the advertised order has not been delivered and that the promised 60% refund has not been processed. I request that my full payment be refunded immediately, or that the order be delivered without any further delay and with a valid, trackable shipment that actually arrives.
