I Face Moodxa Scam Order and Website No Longer Accessible

I placed an order on 17 March 2026 from Moodxa for the “4 outfits for $25.99” offer, to be delivered to my address in Lauderhill, Florida. The tracking information later showed that the package had been delivered, but I have never received anything at my address. When I tried to follow up on my order and the delivery status, I saw that the Moodxa website was no longer accessible, so I could not reach the company or get any support about the missing package. Since the order was marked as delivered even though I did not receive it, and I have no way to contact the seller, I request a full refund of the $25.99 I paid for this order.
