Track718 Parcel Not Received

I am writing regarding an issue with a recent delivery shown in the Track 178 app. According to the app, my parcel was marked as delivered today, the 24th, in Queensland, but I have not received anything. The parcel contained smokes ordered from China. There has been no knock at my door, no parcel left in a safe place, and no card or message left to indicate where the item might be. Despite this, the status in the Track 178 app clearly shows the order as delivered. I have tried to contact Track 178 and the relevant support channels through the app, but I have been unable to reach anyone or get any assistance. Because of this, I am very concerned about where my parcel is and how it has been handled. I request that Track 178 provide clear proof of delivery, including where and to whom the parcel was delivered, and start an investigation into the missing parcel. If the item was not correctly delivered to my address, I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
