On 10 February 2026, I was expecting a delivery handled by Track718 for an order I placed with Deerdell, but I have still not received my parcel. In the tracking system, the shipment is marked as “delivered,” however nothing was delivered to me at my address, which is 7* Parfitt Road, Wangaratta Caravan Park, Wangaratta, Victoria. The relevant order number for this delivery is 4P279-6GTWLBS. I tried to find a way to contact Track718 regarding this problem, but this platform is the only contact point I have been able to locate, so I could not get any clarification or assistance about where my parcel actually is or to whom it was delivered. I request that my shipment be urgently investigated and that I be provided with clear proof of delivery, including where and to whom the parcel was handed over, or, if it was misdelivered or lost, that my goods be delivered to me correctly without further delay.
