Track718 Says My Parcel Is Delivered But I Didn't Receive My Package
I placed an online order through the Nike Store on 9 February to be delivered to my address in Ganyesa, Vryburg, South Africa. The shipment was tracked via Track718 with tracking number QLD000732489CN. On the tracking page, the parcel status shows as “delivered,” but I have never received the package at my address and no one in my household has signed for or accepted it. Despite this, the tracking platform still indicates a successful delivery, and I have not been provided with any proof of delivery such as a signature, recipient name, or exact delivery location. I have tried to reach Nike and Track718 customer service regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. Since the order has been marked as delivered without me actually receiving it, I am requesting a full refund for this purchase as soon as possible. I expect the company to investigate where the parcel was actually delivered and to resolve this situation promptly.
