Merry People Order Delivered To Wrong Address

I placed an order for Merry People boots from merrypeoplecanada.ca under tracking number SYT1001297877HK. According to the tracking information, the parcel was marked as delivered on 2026-03-25 at 12:02:12, but it was delivered to an incorrect and, to my knowledge, non‑existent address: “Toronto, 155 Coleridge Avenue Rue de Laleval.” I have a screenshot of the delivery tracking showing this incorrect address. My correct and full address is 155 Coleridge Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M** 4**. I did not receive the parcel at my address, and there is no such street as “Rue de Laleval” in my area. I have not yet been able to resolve this directly with the shipping company, which is why I am now reaching out to you. In this situation, I kindly request that you either issue a full refund or send a replacement order to my correct address, as the misdelivery was not due to any mistake on my part. I would appreciate your prompt assistance so that this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.
