Ireliqa Order Marked Delivered But Package Missing

I placed an order for 12 pairs of pants for $40 on Ireliqa’s official website on March 25, 2026, under the order number ireliqa260326050911618, to be delivered to 9827 N. Jersey St Apt C. In my original purchase email there is a notice stating that the package was delivered today, 04/28/2026, via Track718. However, I did not receive any separate delivery email, there was no package at my address when I got home, and there is no proof of delivery available. Despite the system showing this order as delivered, nothing was left at my door or mailbox and no delivery attempt notice, photo, or confirmation from the courier was provided. I have already contacted both Ireliqa and Track718 customer service regarding this missing delivery, but I have not received any response from either party. I request that you either help me locate and retrieve my package within the next 24 hours or issue a full refund for this order within the next 24 hours, as the goods I paid for have not been delivered to me.
