Domencr Order Marked Delivered But Not Received

I placed an order with Domencr on 27 February 2026 for an 8‑piece pink outfit costing 24.99, with order number domencr260226172008416, to be delivered to Rome, GA. Domencr later marked the package as delivered on 1 April 2026, but I never received any delivery. I contacted Domencr by email about the missing package, and they replied that they would expedite the order again for free and that I would receive it within 7 to 15 business days. Those 7 to 15 business days have not yet passed, but they only resent the package yesterday, which means the promised timeframe is not being respected based on their first response. My expectation from Domencr is that they ensure the immediate and reliable delivery of this order within the 7 to 15 business days they originally committed to, and that they take responsibility if the package is again not delivered despite being marked as such.
