Hearthglee Order Marked Delivered But Four Chairs Were Never Received
On August 9, 2026, I placed an order with Hearthglee for four chairs, totaling $61.19, to be delivered to 12013 N 159th St, Bennington, NE 68***. According to the tracking information, the package is shown as delivered from China to the United States on August 23, 2026, but nothing has been delivered to my address. Although the system marks the order as delivered, I have not received the chairs, and there is no sign of any attempted delivery. I sent an email to Hearthglee about the missing order but have not received any response. There is also no telephone number available for either the company or the shipper, so I have no other way to reach them. I request that my order either be delivered to my address without further delay or that my full payment of $61.19 be refunded as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved promptly.
