Another Order NOT Received Through Track718

I placed an order with Domencr for a 5‑piece jogger set in different colors, which has been tracked through Track718. After 27 days of waiting, the tracking status showed today that the package was “delivered” to my address, but I never received it. This is the second time I have had the same problem with this company, which makes the situation even more disappointing and frustrating. When I saw that the order was marked as delivered, I tried to contact the courier using the phone number provided, but the number did not work, so I could not get any information about where my package actually is. Because of this, I have no way to confirm what happened to my parcel or to recover it on my own, and I no longer wish to deal with this courier company. The order was placed under the name Debra Man**, with the contact details 667‑221‑24** and email address mannsdebr**@gmail.com. I kindly request that my 5‑piece jogger set be shipped to me as ordered using a different and reliable courier, or, if this is not possible, that I receive a full refund for this purchase.
