Capitec Card Debited by Tracelo-help.com – Fraud Complaint
My Capitec Mastercard has been debited by Tracelo-help.com without my consent, even though I have never opened any subscription or account with this company. The first time I noticed this problem was on 7 February 2026, including an attempted transaction a few minutes before I deactivated international and online payments on my card. I did not authorize any of these payments in any way, and I am very concerned that my card details are being used without my clear consent. Although recent attempts are now being declined due to the deactivation of online and international payments, I am still left with bank charges that I should not have to pay for a transaction I never approved. I contacted Capitec about these unauthorized debits, and their only advice was to change my card number and get a new card, which is a long and inconvenient process for me. I find it unacceptable that my card has been used in this way, without any clear consent or registration on my side. I request that any subscription or account that may have been opened in my name with Tracelo-help.com be immediately and permanently cancelled. I also ask for written confirmation that my card details have been completely removed from your systems and will not be used again under any circumstances, and that the charges and related bank costs arising from this unauthorized use be refunded to me.
