Tracelo Must Refund Unauthorized Charges Immediately

I am a Tracelo subscription user in South Africa, and I have been charged without my consent. These unauthorized deductions started on 17 December, and I did not approve or authorize these payments in any way. I am currently trying to contact Trecelo customer service regarding this issue, and I have evidence of the charges in the form of screenshots and bank records. I find it unacceptable that money is being taken from my account without clear consent or authorization. I request that all unauthorized amounts taken from my account be immediately refunded and that my subscription and payments be corrected so that no further unauthorized deductions occur. If this situation is not resolved and my money is not returned, I will have no choice but to take this matter to my lawyer and pursue my legal rights.
