Tracelo Unauthorized Debit - How To Get A Full Refund and Cancel!

I recently noticed that on 19 November an amount of R585,00 was taken from my bank card by Tracelo, even though I do not use the Tracelo app anymore. I did not knowingly keep any active subscription, and I was not informed about this payment in advance. This payment was taken directly from my bank card and I only realized it afterwards when checking my account. I have not yet contacted Tracelo or my bank, but I want this situation resolved as soon as possible. I kindly request a full refund of the R585,00 that was debited from my account and the immediate cancellation of any existing Tracelo subscriptions or recurring payments linked to my bank card, with written confirmation that no further amounts will be taken in the future.
