Tracelo Subscription Charge After Cancellation

I am writing regarding unauthorized payments being taken from my Visa debit card by a company called Tracelo for a mobile tracker subscription. I had previously cancelled this subscription a few days before, but on 13 February I noticed that a further amount of 9.999 was still taken from my account. After seeing this charge, I contacted my bank and they advised me to contact you directly to cancel this and stop further payments. I want this mobile tracker subscription to be fully cancelled, no further amounts to be taken from my card, and the amount taken on 13 February to be refunded to me. I request that you confirm the cancellation of this subscription and the stopping of any future charges on my Visa debit card, and that you process a refund for the last unauthorized payment.
