Tracelo Subscription Cancelled But Still Charged
I am writing to report an ongoing billing problem with Tracelo related to a “tracking a phone number” service that I already cancelled. I cancelled this subscription about two months ago, yet I continue to be charged on my credit card every month, and today I again received a new billing notification by email. In total, around 1,499¥ has been taken after my cancellation. I do not understand why I am still being charged when I clearly cancelled my subscription, and these charges feel completely unjustified. I signed up for this Tracelo service through another website, and I am currently using it from Japan. Just now I tried to contact customer service but have not received any reply yet. I am extremely dissatisfied that my cancellation was not respected and that there is no prompt response to my attempt to resolve the issue. I request a full refund of all amounts charged after my cancellation, including the 1,499¥, and I want an immediate and final stop to all future charges to my card. I also expect written confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled and that no further payments will be taken.
